ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน MEGATech Insight

การเข้าสู่ระบบถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ — ระบบบันทึกการยอมรับไว้เป็นหลักฐานทุกครั้ง

1. ข้อมูลในระบบ

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดใน MEGATech Insight (ข้อมูลบริษัท ผู้ติดต่อ และผลสำรวจการใช้เครื่องจักร/เครื่องมือ) เก็บรวบรวมโดย MEGATech โดยได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ตอบแบบสำรวจให้ MEGATech นำข้อมูลไปใช้งานและเผยแพร่ได้

2. สิทธิ์การใช้งานของคุณ

บัญชีของคุณให้สิทธิ์ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ตลาด การวางแผนธุรกิจ และการใช้งานภายในองค์กรของคุณเท่านั้น ตามแพ็กเกจและช่วงเวลาที่ตกลงไว้กับ MEGATech

3. ข้อห้ามในการเผยแพร่

ห้ามคัดลอก เผยแพร่ ขายต่อ แจกจ่าย หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลจากระบบต่อสาธารณะหรือบุคคลที่สามในวงกว้าง ไม่ว่าในรูปแบบหรือช่องทางใด โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจาก MEGATech

4. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้เผยแพร่

หากผู้ใช้งานนำข้อมูลไปเผยแพร่เกินขอบเขตข้อ 2–3 ถือเป็นการกระทำของผู้ใช้งานเองทั้งสิ้น ผู้ใช้งานต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย ข้อเรียกร้อง และผลทางกฎหมายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเผยแพร่นั้นแต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดย MEGATech ไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใดๆ

5. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)

ข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ (ชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร) เป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผู้ใช้งานต้องใช้และติดต่อบุคคลเหล่านั้นโดยชอบตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และถือเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลสำหรับการใช้งานของตนเอง

6. บัญชีผู้ใช้

บัญชีออกให้เฉพาะบุคคล/องค์กรตามสัญญา ห้ามแบ่งปันรหัสผ่านหรือให้ผู้อื่นใช้บัญชีแทน ผู้ใช้งานต้องเก็บรักษารหัสผ่านเป็นความลับ

7. การละเมิดข้อกำหนด

MEGATech สงวนสิทธิ์ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

8. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

การเข้าสู่ระบบถือว่าผู้ใช้งานได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้แล้ว ระบบจะบันทึกการยอมรับ (บัญชี วันเวลา และเวอร์ชันของข้อกำหนด) ไว้เป็นหลักฐานทุกครั้งที่เข้าสู่ระบบ

Terms of Use (English)

1. Data in the platform

All data in MEGATech Insight (company profiles, contacts, and machine & tools survey results) is collected by MEGATech with the survey respondents' consent for MEGATech to use and publish.

2. Your licence

Your account grants use of the data for market analysis, business planning, and internal use within your organisation only, per the package and period agreed with MEGATech.

3. No redistribution

You may not copy, publish, resell, distribute, or disclose data from the platform to the public or to third parties at large, in any form or channel, without MEGATech's prior written permission.

4. Publisher's responsibility

Any dissemination beyond sections 2–3 is solely the user's own act. The user bears sole responsibility for all damages, claims, and legal consequences arising from such dissemination; MEGATech accepts no liability whatsoever.

5. Personal data (PDPA)

Contact details (names, emails, phone numbers) are personal data. Users must use and contact those individuals lawfully under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), acting as data controller for their own use.

6. Accounts

Accounts are issued to the specific person/organisation under contract. Do not share passwords or let others use your account. Keep your credentials confidential.

7. Breach

MEGATech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately, without notice.

8. Acceptance

Signing in constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Each sign-in is recorded (account, timestamp, and terms version) as evidence of acceptance.
